Mr Lynch offers consultations at the follows times:
Monday: 8.00am - 12.30pm
Tuesday: 8.00am - 4.30pm
Wednesday: urgent consultations only by special appointment
Thursday: 8.00am - 12.30pm
Making an appointment
To book an appointment to see Mr Lynch, please call the office on 9384 0720 within office hours: 8.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
For urgent appointments that requires immediate attention, your GP can contact Mr Lynch via his rooms on 9384 0720.
Mr Lynch does not assess or manage patients with spinal problems.
What to bring to your consultation
Please bring the following to your consultation with Mr Lynch:
Letter of referral.
Any medications.
All X-rays, scans and reports relevant to the case.
Orthoses and braces.
Details of Medicare Card and Private Health Insurance.
If relevant:
a) Workcover claim numbers: contact number and names of insurance company or work representatives.
b) TAC claim number
A family member or friend may also be required. They are essential for
Elderly
Youth (under 18 years of age)
Patients with limited English
It is strongly recommended that a family member or friend attends the consultation with you so that you get the most out of your visit.
Billing
Both Mr Lynch’s consultation and surgical fees are heavily discounted. Out of pocket costs to the patient are kept to the minimum. Additional discounts are available for pensioners.
For surgeries, where possible Mr Lynch works with your health insurance fund and their gap schemes in order to keep your out-of-pocket cost to a minimum. Mr Lynch's office staff are able to help you with understanding what your gap will be with written quotation estimates.
Payment on the day of consultation is preferred and can be accepted via cash, visa or mastercard.
